　　Amazon is continuing to build out its successful advertising business and we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join the APAC Amazon Advertising Sales Finance team to be based in Tokyo, reporting to Finance Manager, Advertising Sales Finance based in Tokyo.

　　The Senior Financial Analyst will be the Finance partner for leadership team of the Japan Large Customer Sales team to assist in maximizing the potential of our Advertising program.

　　The successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and have highly respected business acumen. This role partners directly with cross-functional leadership and multiple Advertising Finance teams, and requires strong communication and technical skills.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Provide strategic support to key business initiatives and investments

　　Build, iterate, and automate financial reports, metrics, and scorecards to support short and long-term planning

　　Drive revenue growth and productivity improvements through financial analysis

　　Lead and/or participate in strategic projects for management team with financial modeling and data mining

　　Develop ad-hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

　　3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience

　　Experience working with stakeholders

　　Language: Business fluency in both English and Japanese language skills (reading, writing, speaking).

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience

　　MBA, or CPA

　　Knowledge of Tableau

　　Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
