You will be responsible for identifying, measuring, and reporting on KPIs and metrics measuring revenue and usage. In addition, you will be conducting ad-hoc financial modeling to highlight the impact of business decisions on the P&L of the product or business line. pertaining to Property Management Technology.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with key stakeholders to identify and monitor performance metrics to enable faster, smarter decision making in a rapidly evolving environment.Partner with business leaders, product leaders in JLLT to develop metrics and KPIs that help identify, measure and track usage and revenue of all product lines within the business.Work with cross-functional teams like business operations team, analytics team, FinOps to build scalable reporting structure for the KPIs and metrics.Continuously improve the existing rhythms of the business to improve business/finance partnership, examining current processes, retooling existing mechanisms, and building new processes and mechanisms to best support business partners in the delivery of their goals.Lead construction of complex financial models for leadership in support of strategic initiatives.Ad-hoc projects/responsibilities as assigned.Sound like you? To apply you need to have:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 4-6 years of progressive accounting, analysis, and operating experience.
