The role is an analytics position focused on empowering the Consumer Lifetime Value (LTV) team to deliver LTV insights and proposals for increasing net LTV for the company with a focus on Microsoft’s Consumer Business. We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager with a technical background and experience in the successful delivery of big data solutions through the development and improvement of predictive models, requiring collaboration across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities
Iterate through design and development of prototypes to improve Consumer predictive LTV models which ultimately will serve as blueprint to scale through engineering’s data platform.
Work with multifunctional teams to understand and prioritize data analytics requirements.
Enable teams to leverage the latest features, technologies, and processes and incorporate them into appropriate learning experiences to ensure a quality learning environment and relevance for technologies or common challenges in the live environment.
Execute monthly Rythym of Business (RoB) data processes to ensure completeness and accuracy of LTV financial results.
Collect & report prioritization status across stakeholders monthly.
Produce executive summaries of LTV Insights and presents to executive audiences.
Work across all data analytics partners to ensure that roadmap and delivery of analytical capabilities meets the priorities of overall project charter.
Measure and analyze impact of experiments designed to validate hypothesis and model accuracy.
Establish clear expectations and accountabilities with team members and stakeholders, as well as other Project Managers, for projects of high complexity by leading internal and external kick-off meetings. May act as a lead project manager.
Coordinates with Data Science subject matter experts in change management and team validation.

Minimum/Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline such as Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering or related field
4 years of experience data management & data systems (SQL Server, Databricks, Python, Cosmos)
4 years of experience in roles that have both technical and finance responsibilities.
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
