　　As an Ops Display Process Engineer, you will own the development of Flat Panel Display (FPD) manufacturing process. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in amazon to deliver the best in class product to delight our customers

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Drive suppliers to develop a reliable, high-throughput, mass production-capable process that meets product quality specifications and throughput from proto to MP

　　Lead the suppliers in evaluating and optimizing FPD process to achieve product quality,

　　Hands-on experience with display lamination process and Cover Glass process will have an added advantage.

　　Work with development engineering teams to identify/select the best method/process for mass production.

　　Demonstrated ability to perform DOE, data analysis, SPC control

　　Proven failure mode analysis, root cause investigation, and problem solving for product yield and quality issue.

　　Excellent written & verbal communication skills and proven leadership ability

　　Excellent organization skill, documentation and be able to drive project towards critical milestone.

　　Support GCM/SQM in supplier audits and qualifying new supplier

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test proceduresPreferred Qualifications

　　Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent

　　Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production

　　Experience with the project management of technical projects
