Job Description
In this position you will be a lead and initial engager for enabling Intel-wide Supply Chain Planning solutions and capabilities spanning people, process, data and tools to solve new supply chain challenges.
Their primary work includes defining clear problem statements, understanding the ideal state, assessing where solutions fit within the overall Intel Supply Planning strategy, and designing and delivering solutions to meet the needs of their stakeholders. They work across the entire supply chain from product design, planning, manufacturing, procurement, finance, global tax/trade, forward and reverse logistics. In addition, they partner with various Intel solution providers including IT and embedded capability experts.
Kinds of work involved:
Advocate for capabilities needed, when driving recognition and definition of business requirements, commitment to what is needed, using the agreed channels to secure funding, and ensure timely deployment and stabilization of capabilitiesProactively define, prioritize and implement the end to end Supply Planning capabilities (people, process, data and technology) roadmap, using persistent dedicated resources to deliver fit for purpose capabilities.Onboarding of New Businesses, manufacturing flows and technologies, sites and suppliers into the Intel Supply Planning ecosystem, maximizing re-use of standards, industry best practices and deploying new capabilities as needed.Mergers/Acquisitions/Divestitures- manage Supply Chain Planning intake process, pipeline and resourcing; deliver planning capabilities of incoming business (assessment, design, development, deployment, testing, training and stabilization) as well as execute business separation and clean-up activities per deal agreements.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors STEM degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field discipline.5+ years of experience with Supply Planning Operations, Solutioning or Integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters STEM degree in Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Management or related field discipline.6+ years of experience with Supply Planning Operations, Solutioning or IntegrationSemiconductor Manufacturing knowledge and experience also preferred.Experience and expertise in Blue Yonder and/or SAP system use, configuration and deployment

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $123,139.00-$203,801.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
