About the Opportunity

This dynamic role is responsible for the vision, strategy, selection andimplementation of our benefits -both technical stack and programs. Criblis a remote-first company, our employees experience our People programsthrough technology making the solutions we design critical to a positiveemployee experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate andtech-forward, with an operational mindset, precision in process anddata, excellent vendor management skills, and sophisticated creativeproblem solving skills.

Cribl is in a hyper growth stage, this role is instrumental in maturingour Benefits systems architecture, enhancing automations andintegrations and delivery, and creating human process to provide africtionless experience for our employees. This role requires in-depthsubject matter expertise around Benefits and experience in successfullyleading through large-scale evolutions such as implementation of newsystems and consolidating or deprecating systems or processes.

While technical and operational knowledge is critical, this role alsorequires the ability to interact and influence across a wide variety ofaudiences: internal and external partners, often requiring to speak toboth technical and non-technical stakeholders. Given thetransformational nature of the work ahead, this role requires deepproject management expertise with the ability to manage multipleprojects across the Benefits portfolio. This role will build businesscases and articulate budget and financial impact to these choices,helping guide our executive leadership on decision making in thisBenefits and Total Rewards space.

This role will interact with PEOs, insurance brokers, contingentworkforce, across the People Team (People Business Partners, Comp,Talent Acquisition and Talent Success) and interact with our Finance(Payroll, FPA and Procurement) primarily. This role will fall under thePeople Operations function, reporting into the Director of PeopleOperations.

What You'll Accomplish

Through a series of transformational, benefits-related projects,scale our Benefits programs from a 250-person to 1500+ benefitsexperience.Lead the transition of a new benefits administrator (today, movingfrom Maxwell ?ADP Ben Admin, and potentially to Workday in thefuture).Deep analysis of existing processes and integrations; through thisdevelop a roadmap of repairs and enhancements and execute againstthe roadmap.Run an RFP to explore a new US Benefits BrokerRun an RFP to explore solutions for international leave of absencemanagementDesign and execute against benefits survey and gather benefitsbenchmarking data to make recommendations for further enhancementsand roadmaps.Lead troubleshooting activities when issues arise (e.g. integrationerrors, incorrect deductions); design and implement durablesolutions to ensure issues won't occur again.Provide input and thought leadership for our globalized Peoplestrategy; Evaluate, recommend, build a roadmap for Be efits-relatedtechnology or data needs, services or new programs.Interpret statutory and Cribl policies related to time away programs(leave of absence, annual leaves, medical leaves) and design processand systems configurations to support administration.Interpret compliance-related requirements and translate them intoprocesses or systems design to maintain complianceParticipate as a key member in a transition to a new HRIS in thenext 12-24 months; provide requirements and design process andpartner with carriers to ensure new integrations to the new HRIS arebuilt and implemented.What You'll Bring

Subject matter expertise in Benefits policy, technology, administration,compliance and process; experience preferred at a multinational, highgrowth start up.

Business process excellence, highly detailed and passion for creatingseamless employee experience.

Confidence with data and analytics; this role will engage with data inGoogle Sheets, Excel, and Looker.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and influencing skills;strong presentation, organization, time management, problem solving andfollow-up skills.

The ability to build consensus and drive alignment and clarity acrossmany internal and external stakeholders, teams, and vendors.
