　　Practice Area Profile

　　BCG's Principal Investors and Private Equity practice area (PIPE) aims to be the consulting advisor of choice for leading Investment funds globally as well as Small & Mid-size companies. Our work with private equity clients spans the entire investment cycle from investment strategy, target sourcing, commercial due diligence (buy-side), value creation & strategic plans, and exit preparations including vendor due diligence. We work with the most renowned investment funds to improve overall returns by teaming with other BCG practice areas and BCG's partner ecosystem to deliver industry leading insights.

　　What You'll Do

　　As a member within BCG's Principal Investors and Private Equity practice area, you will be at the core of the Paris PIPE team. You will be part of a team delivering due diligence and portfolio company value creation projects for leading private equity clients. You will lead and collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds and expertise relevant to the assets we advise on.

　　What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

　　Strong academics from top-tier institution

　　2-8 years' experience with a leading strategy consulting firm (focused on private equity, strategy and/or corporate finance), investment firm/fund, investment bank, transaction services or corporate strategy/M&A.

　　Experience working in teams solving complex client problems through formulating research and/or analytical approaches involving quantitative analyses, conceptualisation and communication of insights and recommendations

　　Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
