To support the company's objectives as Senior Accountant, you will prepare and consolidate financial statements, analyze and reconcile accounts, analyze cash flow, produce budgets and forecasting, prepare audits, and handle internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Your responsibilities
Delegate resources to Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP
Provide assistance in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external
Ensure corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls are followed when working with business partners and be able to provide support on special requests
Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions
Partake in various department-wide initiatives
Assemble monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations
Analyze financial information and report on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)

Requirements
Ability to meet deadlines
Prior experience in a public accounting environment is highly valued
Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills
Extraordinary analytical, quantitative and social skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Knowledgeable of ERP systems
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred
Detailed and have the ability work independently
5+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with audit experience
Ability to work in a changing environment
Adeptness in Analyze Financial Statements
General familiarity with bank reconciliations
Demonstrated knowledge of Annual Budget
Solid understanding of general ledger
Month end closings experience preferred
Sage Intacct experience preferred
Proficiency in system conversion and implementation
Audited Financial Statements experience
