Job Description
This client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented technical writer to join their team. In this role, consultant will be responsible for translating information security requirements in concise policy statements as well as supporting communications plan which includes regular presentations to key stakeholders, updating web content and supporting the development of user training.
Responsibilities
• Create clear, concise, policies standards and supporting documents based on industry accepted practice and discussions with key stakeholders.
• Create updates for executive committees and the wider security organization.
• Translate technical security requirements into concise policy statements in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of ongoing policy refresh and mapping activities.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of regular communications.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and security best practices to enhance the quality of security policies and standards.
