The Senior Analyst for the Security Operations Center (SOC) would be part of a globally distributed 24/7 operations team. This team is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents in order to protect the organization's infrastructure and data. The team works collaboratively with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders both internally and externally to drive the organization's security initiatives. The Senior Analyst will also act as a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a team of Security Analysts, providing guidance, support, and championing continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide expert analysis and advice on securitymatters

Manage and respond to securityincidents

Lead a team of Security Analysts and drive continuous improvementinitiatives

Identify and implement operationalimprovements

Collaborate with internal and externalstakeholders

Possess in-depth knowledge of security tools and incidentinvestigation

Interpret threat intelligence and deploycountermeasures

Establish priorities and deliver objectives within a project managementframework

Communicate effectively and work in a cross-functionalteam

What You Will Bring

5+ years of experiences as a Security Analyst or Security Engineer

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Expertise in security incident response and handling complex securityevents

Ability to operate and contribute to a 24/7 security operationscenter

Detailed knowledge of security tool and threat intelligence

Proficiency in relevant security concepts and technologies

Experience in a fast-paced, global security operationsenvironment

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and deliverobjectives

Understanding of networking protocols and operating systems

About the Team

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 124,480 and USD $ 247,800 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
