• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Science, Pharmacy, Clinical nutrition or Biology
• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in Medical Affairs or Scientific Marketing.
• Proactive attitude and cooperative approach with Medical Delegates network
• Good knowledge of both product registration processes as well as tendering processes.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Main responsibilities:
• Competitor activity analysis and reporting, analysis and comparison of the nutritional value of competing products (Protein substitutes for patients with Inborn Metabolic Diseases, ketogenic diets
• Internal (Scientific Informants) and External Scientific Training (e.g. Medical Specialists and Dieticians in Medical Meetings in Hospital)
• Coordination of clinical trial activities and Key Opinion Leader
• Developing/adapting datasheets and materials for medical and scientific information
• Launch of new products: management of the Innovation & Renovation process and preparation of technical data sheets, launch materials and training of Medical Delegates
• Relationships with Regulatory team to support new product registration
• Organization of and participation in scientific congresses on Inborn Metabolic Diseases, workshops and events for Healthcare Professional
• Management of the Sustain phase of the direct national distribution of products for Congenital Metabolic Diseases
• Managing New Product Codes, PARAF Codes, Globe Codes, Product Briefs, EAN Codes and Hierarchies
• Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting of Business Performance - Volume and Value Market Shares, P&L - and PFME Budget
• Developing/adapting ATL and BTL communication in cooperation with agencies
• Relationships with Team Medical Affairs and Clinical Trial in the Headquarter
• Relationships with Patient Associations.
