Job Description

　　Insight Global is hiring a Project Scheduling Manager to an Engineering firm in St. Louis, MO. This role will manage 1 direct report and provide feedback and performance reviews for this individual. They are expected to attend meetings to discuss and identify a timeline at the beginning of a project. They will input and track the scheduling information in Power BI. They will be asked to contribute to meetings for the duration of the project(s), provide status updates, and provide data to show how the project is tracking. This person will work with 4-6 Project Managers and provide the data and status updates for multiple projects at a time. They will track, plan, schedule and perform risk analysis for projects, programs and work with internal and external customers to address and mitigate risks and delays. They will develop the integrated project plans, master schedule, and supporting elements, and be responsible for managing the project/program through it's full lifecycle. These programs are multi-billion dollar programs that can last for multiple years. This company has a generous benefits package and has a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　5 yrs in Project Scheduling

　　Experience with MS Project or Primavera

　　Experience Power BI or Tableau or Excel for Data Visualizations

　　Experience supervising a team or having a direct report

　　Experience working cross functionally and contributing in meetings with stakeholders Ability to use Excel for macros and v-lookups

　　Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc. null
