MRA The ManagementAssociation is seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will beresponsible for supporting the multiple business lines of MRA and theongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment. The successfulcandidate will have a record of success in improving processes and useradoption using the Force.com platform. Essential Duties &Responsibilities The Salesforce Administrator will provide day-to-daysupport of Salesforce, including user administration, systemconfiguration, report, and dashboard design; as well as delivery oftraining, configuration, maintenance, and support required to ensureinformation is effectively used in decision-making and operations. Thisposition will also be responsible for supporting the documentation ofbusiness rules/requirements for new and existing applications andassisting in the development process. Platform Administration SalesforceCRM Management: Administer and configure Salesforce or relatedplatforms, including automating processes using out-of-the-box tools.System Administration: Provide support and maintenance for internalenvironments, including customized applications, user permissions,security settings, custom objects, and Flows. User Management: Manageuser access and permissions, including granting access and accessremoval as required. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify,diagnose, and resolve technical problems in Salesforce, escalating andtracking issues appropriately. Data Management: Standardize, cleanse,and upload external data into the Salesforce platform to ensure accuracyand data integrity. Business Process Support: Act as the \"Superuser\"expert for specific business units, providing support and guidance onsystem or application us System Configurations: Collaborate with teammembers and internal departments to define business requirements andimplement solutions. Business Process Understanding: Acquire a deepunderstanding of multiple business processes across the organization tobetter support and optimize the Salesforce system. Technical Design /Technical Leadership Translates business and technical requirements intodesigns that satisfy the business needs and comply with approvedstandards and best practices. Provide SFDC Admin perspective and inputduring brainstorming and \"Art of the Possible\" innovation engagementswith stakeholders as well as targeted solution discussions alongside BAresource. Building partnerships, exhibiting sound decision-making, andgaining trust and credibility with our Users and leadership alike.Present awareness of opportunities to retire/replace/renew obsolete orstale methodology and retire technical debt.
