The work hours will be 8:30am - 5:30pm.What Impact You Can MakeThe EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Sales Support Specialist is primarily responsible for maintaining the AtriCure side of the GHX EDI program that serve our hospital customers.Responsible for documenting process flow for the EDI workflow, aligning with cross functional partners and driving accountability, with the expectation of continuous improvement in results.Collaborate with Sales Support Manager on growth of EDI amongst customers who are partnered with EDI provider GHXWork with the cross functional EDI teams to document the current processes. The role will help identify gaps and work with leadership on solution options (i.e., technical, process, behavior).Execute new set up and/or change requests related to customer EDI partners through our internal teams and processes. The role will ensure full end to end testing, validation, and sign off working with our internal and external partners.Train business end-users on correct processes and monitor data input for accuracy, driving accountability for success.Analyze business systems to ensure continuous and correct connectivity for customer and business flow of transactions.Manage exceptions and issues with transactions and communicate clearly to internal and external partners.Level 1 troubleshooting and ensure resolution of EDI related issues including making sure instances are logged with our Helpdesk for tracking and assigning issue ownership. Document root cause and corrective action.Collaborate with Sales Support Manager to develop metrics to track EDI adaptation, order volume, order exceptions, with a focus on leading indicator methods to head off issues proactively.Report on important KPI metrics such as adoption rate by hospitals, parked order averages, etc.Lead EDI integration projects and provide guidance to team membersServe as a contact for EDI-enabled hospitals.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalentA minimum of 4 years of experience in sales support, account management, data analytics, business analytics, or another related fieldReporting skillsFamiliar with EDI programsPrevious experience with GHX's EDI platform, specifically the MyExchange and Registration Center is strongly preferred.Working experience developing/maintaining EDI flows, troubleshooting and resolving errors is an asset.Comfortab
