Job Summary
As a Sales Strategy Support Manager in the Consumer Home Lending Strategy Team, you will be at the forefront of change, organizational success and integration of AI/ML strategies. You will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success by ensuring sales, strategy and product areas are prepared and ready for change. Your responsibilities will span from collaborating with key partners to assess forthcoming change, develop and prepare change readiness plans and fostering a positive change culture. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong oral and written communication skills, and a servant mindset.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales, partners and key stakeholders to access organizational needs and ensure readiness for change.
Develop and oversee change management strategies to optimize process improvements and sales performance.
Provide input and partner with training and communication teams in creating effective communication plans for change initiatives, ensuring key messages are conveyed to key stakeholders and Home Lending leadership.
Organize, coordinate and synthesize key results and activities across the distribution strategy organization within the Home Lending Consumer Originations team
Ensure monitoring plans are in place post launch of key initiatives to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to change readiness, AI/ML utilization and sales strategy.
Manage and guide key projects and initiatives in partnership with Field Sales leaders to ensure widespread adoption in sales behaviors across the country
Gather, input and manipulate information for standard business purposes, including executive-level decks for review with Senior Executives
Validate accuracy of data and assist with preparation, presentation and reporting
Help solve problems and distribute updates/presentations across various stakeholder groups
Actively look for ways to improve service to key partners and constituents (e.g. Field Sales teams)
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Use data to inform and land on the right decision
Strong process design skills and ability to independently translate an end-state vision for lead optimization and distribution into pragmatic execution / well-paced roadmap
Robust problem-solving skills and analytical mindset to manage across multiple stakeholders, trade-offs, and constraints to ensure roadmap delivery
Business analytics and the ability to represent executive level internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess the impact of change
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Attention to detail and ability to handle a multi-project environment
Adaptability and resilience in a fast paced, dynamic environment
