  Title: Sales Ops Support Analyst

  Location: Belgrade, Serbia

  Work dynamics: first shift - 9 AM to 5 PM local time

  Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:

  We are seeking a Sales Ops Support Analyst to join our team. You will work directly with the Sales Team, Channel Partners, and internal teams for approvals. You will also be responsible for gathering and reporting information to verify and research partner commissions.

  Responsibilities :

  Respond to issues through any channel in writing or verbally related to payment data entry or calculation

  Support day-to-day commissions administration process including daily commission, monthly adjustments, and management of cases/inquiries

  Act as a subject matter expert for commissions processing in addition to individual plan component

  Create complicated calculations to pay customer commissions, and ensure calculations are mathematically correct

  Provide customer service to both internal and external customers related to commission payments.

  Provide timely resolution for commission-related inquiries from comp plan participants including but not limited to system access issues, transaction disputes, credits and payment calculations

  Identifying, documenting, & implementing business process improvements.

  Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree

  Language Skills: English Language proficiency is a must

  Customer service experience

  Advanced Excel skills

  Demonstrated history of strong performance

  Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment

  Proven ability to manage details and be process-oriented.

  Self-directed, self-starter

  Team player
