Sales and Marketing CRM Administrator

　　Our Nuclear Division based on Middleburg Heights, OH is looking for a Sales and Marketing CRM Administrator to join their team! As the Sales and Marketing Administrator, you will own all things CRM support for the division. You will support with data entry, reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records, and ultimately be the subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

　　Your Challenge:

　　Become a subject matter expert within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM software system.

　　Develop and generate reports out of CRM.

　　Support sales organization with CRM entries and updates.

　　Help develop and administer CRM trainings.

　　Support marketing organization as needed.

　　What You Bring:

　　High School Diploma or equivalent required.

　　Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent, or other relevant Administrative role.

　　Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).

　　Understanding of sales performance metrics.

　　Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.

　　Ability to set priorities, multi task and work independently.

　　Strong communication (written and oral), organization and interpersonal skills.

　　Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM preferred, but not required.

　　Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
