About Sales Account Representative

  CO Salary Range: USD 50,000.00 - 60,000.00 per year

  Ibotta is seeking a Sales Account Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.

  Sales Account Representatives play a crucial role on the CPG team in developing our new and small accounts. This is a newly created role that will own customer campaign inquiries, drive campaign execution and facilitate cross-functional collaboration while building strong relationships with our CPG clients. This role owns both the sales and account management responsibilities for a given book of business.

  This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

  What you will be doing:

  Work with clients from campaign inception through campaign conclusion, acting as point-person for campaign execution and reporting - all the way from initial client outreach to execution and campaign result deliveryIn partnership with our Sales Ops team, execute campaigns flawlessly with exceptional attention to detail, systems mastery, cross functional partnership and follow throughUse internal ticketing systems to partner with cross-functional teams in executing client campaignsOwn proactive outreach for high potential accounts - this role will "hunt" for new business opportunities within our highest potential small brandsSet the standard of excellence for a newly created team and role at IbottaEnsure client's objectives/KPIs are achieved, yielding successful campaign performanceMonitor campaigns to measure performance and communicate resultsRetain, expand, and upsell current partners to support team revenue targets and grow the next generation of emerging accountsUtilize internal tools for client reportingWork within a team environment, but balance priorities and manage workload independentlyEmbrace and uphold Ibotta's Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency & A good idea can come from anywhere

  What we are looking for:

  2+ years of experience managing campaigns or similar relevant experience in the CPG, promotions or advertising space; or experience in a BDR/SDR roleBachelor's degree preferredMust be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivatedChange agility is a must - the ability to see new challenges as an opportunity to learn and growGood communication skills, both written and verbal (Candidates do a mock case study as part of the hiring process)Team members who can wear multiple "hats" including account management and sales, and are excited about the gain exposure to both role typesAbility to capitalize on past marketing/project management experience to work with clients and internal partners to facilitate campaigns

  Additional Details:

  This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.Base compensation range: $50,000-$60,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. This range is not all inclusive as total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to the base salary that will increase total earnings.
