About You: As a SaaS Human Capital Management Functional Implementation Specialist on this team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will design, Configure and test specific Functional business needs, as well as assist in data migration and system integrations to ensure a seamless implementation. You will work as part of a team, creating comprehensive technical design documents, conducting unit testing, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications• BE, BTech, MCA, MBA in HR preferred, with 6+ years of relevant experience, including Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.• Completed at least 3 full project lifecycles of HCM modules implementation.• Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 4 modules - Cloud HCM Modules like CoreHR, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Performance .Goals, Learning, Benefits, Time Labor, Recruiting, • Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/HDL,Extracts, Fast Formulas, BPM workflows.

Preferred Qualifications• Implementation experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules, working knowledge of SQL.
