　　Team Introduction

　　Supply chain risk control is under Supply Chain Management team responsible for global datacenter infrastructure hardware, intelligent hardware products, global logistics, warehousing management through prior, in-process and post-event control methods, etc. This role will support the overall management of risks and ensure the compliance of the whole business process, improving business efficiency, and risk prevention capabilities.

　　Responsibilities

　　- Build supply chain risk management and control methodology. Analyze and monitor supply chain risks in multiple dimensions. Identify and assess the pain points of risk control based on current business status, and support business processes design and implementation. Collaborate with System Product managers to optimize system capabilities and improve business efficiency and risk prevention capabilities.

　　- Responsible for the risk assessment of the existing and new business of supply chain in advance and in-process. Execute in-process risk control management, such as resources supply and planning, procurement fulfillment, logistics operation and warehouse management. Engage in the approval process for daily documents submitted by business teams.

　　- Perform post-event self-inspection and auditing by reviewing the SCM business documents and data records. Conduct in-depth investigation and output results for high expenses, high risks and abnormal outliers in business to ensure no high risk from audit perspective; Work as a coordinator during internal and external audit periods.

　　- Drive the risk control consulting service for Supply Chain Management decisions. Support team regular operations and cross-functional collaborations.

　　Qualifications

　　- Bachelor degree or above, understanding of supply chain business, familiar with logistics, warehousing and other related categories;

　　- 5+ years of risk control work experience in the supply chain field, or rich experience in category procurement sourcing, or internal control consulting background is preferred;

　　- Be curious about business, have a good sense of risk management and control and data sensitivity;

　　- Have a certain understanding and experience in business process construction;

　　- Excellent organization and coordination skills, communication skills and fast learning ability;

　　- Have good summarizing and logical thinking ability, Be self-driving, honest and integrity.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $160800 - $302400 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
