　　The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.

　　As the expert of global monetization policy, the candidate will work closely with the regional MSO teams of : investigate policy needs, design policy tactics& solutions, forecast policy risks and control the progress of project implementation. Fully responsible for the design and implementation of global policies.

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Agency policy: According to the needs of business development, deep dive regional agency business model and operation procedure to formulate agency policies. To build and streamline data analysis system, to review business hygiene, for policy iteration input.

　　3. Measure and track business performance, capable of generating business analysis and reporting independently, analyze business market performance and conduct regular strategic assessments.

　　4. Work closely with regional leadership teams, be responsible for key project plans designing and management, and be owner of the implementation.

　　Qualifications

　　- Bachelors degree or above;

　　- 5 years or more experience in sales management or Product Operation in the Tech industry, with strategy related experience is preferred

　　- Excellent critical thinking ability, able to quickly identify problems and propose solutions

　　- Good communication skills and collaboration, strong XFN coordination, and a proactive style of doing things.

　　- Experience in Sales Operations management or Strategy in global companies.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $98000 - $171000 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
