Job Description:
The Rental Inventory Planner is responsible for optimizing Agiliti’s medical device rental fleet through forecasting, demand planning, and implementing inventory management strategies to better support customer needs. In this position, you will work closely with district and divisional operations leadership to plan for inventory needs on consistent basis, as well as creation of strategic capital investment and divestment strategies in support of assigned divisions and the overall rental fleet.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops monthly supply plan using data analytics and reviews with districts in assigned divisions
Defines, executes, and tracks actions defined in monthly supply plan for districts in assigned divisions
Develops, executes, and maintains capital plan and forecast for assigned divisions that rolls up under overall capital plan
Develops, executes, and maintains annual divestment plan for aged, obsolete, and/or underutilized assets on an annual and ongoing basis in assigned divisions
Maintains master inventory data, including product lifecycle and strategy, and SKU information
Attends monthly S&OP call in assigned region(s) and works with key stakeholders in the sales process to determine inventory needs and incorporates into demand forecast and capital plan
Develops, recommends, and implements system and business process enhancements, including forecasting model improvements
All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum 2-3 years of supply chain or related experience
Preferred project management experience
Preferred experience with medical equipment or devices
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, including advanced MS Excel skills
Advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Ability to develop strong relationships with field operations, sales leadership, and other key organizational leaders
High level of business and financial acumen
