Renovation Technician

　　(Pay Rate $20/hr to $23/hr)

　　Description:

　　These positions will be working in teams of 2 renovating vacant apartments.

　　Some of the tasks they will be performing will be basic drywall, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications

　　Willing to learn and good attitude are key factors.Experience Level:

　　All positions are 1st shift M-F 7:45-4:30,

　　Working in teams of two refurbishing vacant apartments.
