Responsible for a variety ofadministrative tasks that require attention to detail and strong communicationskills.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct calls in a professional manner ensuring an exceptionalcustomer service experienceGreet and assist callers and visitors with general information and help todetermine proper company contact.Receive, sort and distribute mail daily.Utilize online process to order office supplies, printed materials andpromotional products as directed. Monitor supplies inventory at location andassist in coding vendor bills.Coordinate and communicate building administrative requests to responsiblemanager.Perform daily task of shipping invoices in the system and scanning thedocuments for record retention.Provide administrative support to various departments within location whenavailable.Minimum work experience requirements:Minimum two years of office experienceProficient in Microsoft Office & data entryDetail oriented, self-motivated & organized individualStrong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks at once and set prioritiesMinimum education requirements:High School Diploma required;One-two years post secondary education preferred, or equivalent experience.Starting Rate: $18.00 - Hourly.Associate Benefits:
