Job Description

　　This client is seeking a Receptionist to work onsite in Edina, MN! This person will be greeting customers, answering phones, working on a computer, calendar management, scheduling appointments, and communicating with internal Tax Managers. Great communication, time management, and multitasking skills will be required.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Must Haves:

　　2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role

　　Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite

　　Experience being a liaison between internal team members and customers

　　Great phone presence and communication Plusses:

　　Mitel phone system

　　Bachelor's Degree

　　Accounting or tax industry experience null
