Conduct in process and final assembly audits/inspections to determine compliance to drawings and specifications.* Open MRN for rejected parts and lead MRB activities.* Maintain staging and holding areas for inspection and non-conforming products respectively.* Read and interpret detailed specifications, drawings, charts, graphs, and reports to determine inspection requirements to be followed. Create inspection plan for in-coming materials when required.* Complete necessary inspection reports, including spreadsheets and graphs. Summarizing re-work and waste and inputting data into quality database.* Perform QA re-work when requested.* Utilize all inspection equipment and/or fixtures for required inspection operations.* Support Pick-and Pack Street of KW /Kit lines in resolving complaints reported in-house as well as from external customers.* Perform HU Audit on Kit lanes/ pick & pack street of KW. Conducting visual checks as per the pre-defined check sheet and communicating deviations to production supervisor.* Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and ensuring calibration status is maintained for instruments/gages in his area of operations.* Support RMA area with material inspection (Under Supervision)* Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with safety regulations. Ensuring 5S is maintained in his/her work area.* Utilizes calibrated measurement instrumentation to provide dimensional verification of incoming products to ensure the product meets or exceeds requirements as specified by engineering, production, and purchasing documentation.* Provide inspections for first-article products as necessary to ensure the product meets or exceeds requirements* Assists with Final On-Dock inspections to ensure all requirements are met or exceeded* Active participation in continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.* GR clearance within the specific defined time.* Entry of inspection records in SAP system or system as defined by Quality Management.* Manage non-conforming material identified at incoming/in house/final stage.* QMS documents maintenance in his/her area.* Rejection material clearance of Incoming Quality within 7 days.* Maintain quality mentality/practices throughout the facility and inform management in case of deviations.* Update HU reports/ inspection reports in SAP System/ Quality databases /Lotus NotesYour ExperienceBachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical/ Industrial/ other related engineering field, or other equivalent experienceLean/six sigma or 8D certificationOur Commitment* Fully vested 401k match (up to 7% of total compensation).* Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans - Effective from first day of hire.* 3 weeks' vacation which increases with tenure, 7 sick days, 3 floating holidays and 8 Company Observed Holidays.* Tuition Reimbursement - Eligible after 6 months of se
