　　Ensures adherence to Production Quality Assurance-related processes and procedures, and oversees related operational and/or support activities, with specific operation teams assigned.

　　Ensures implementation and improvement of the quality part of the Integrated Management System (including process management) for the respective production unit according to the quality strategy and respective local regulations.

　　Implements the specific quality programs within the respective organization and monitors the effectiveness of these programs.

　　Contributes to product safety activities.

　　Ensures real-time production quality reporting for ad-hoc analysis, instant decision making, preventive action and continuous improvement.

　　Contributes to budget planning processes.

　　Ensures qualification and competences of production employees with regards to quality.

　　Leads a production quality team. Prioritizes and assigns tasks to team members and checks progress of agreed transactions and workflows.

　　Manages quality-related activities with internal and external parties involved.

　　Acts as an escalation point of contact for production quality issues.

　　Supports innovative digital solutions to improve quality by thinking outside of the box.

　　Identifies useful IT workflows to support digitalization and drives the implementation.

　　Requirements:

　　Preferably a Bachelor’s degree from technical field

　　English language proficiency - advanced level

　　Microsoft Office - advanced level

　　Experience with relevant systems (e.g. SAP…) will be considered as an advantage

　　Preferably internal auditor according to ISO 9001

　　Minimum two years in the same or similar positions

　　Good communication and organizational skills

　　Team management skills
