　　We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

　　Communicate with overseas partners in network factories to collect the demand and delivery requirements.

　　Prepare manufacturing schedules considering the factory lead times to meet end customer delivery requirements and monitor’s progress.

　　Share and align the sourcing and manufacturing activities with various internal functions viz Procurement, manufacturing, Quality, Stores, Dispatch, Commercial etc.

　　Facilitate strategizing the new product development with Engineering function based on requirements from network factories.

　　Align with Engineering and commercial function for sharing formal price offers for requirement to network factories.

　　Conduct daily planning meeting with all stakeholders to align daily manufacturing and dispatch plans.

　　Assess the risks and develop contingency plans to minimize potential delays that may affect the deliveries.

　　Prepare MIS for management such as, Order Value, Revenue, Quantity, Delivery Capability, Delivery reliability etc.

　　Qualification:

　　BE Electrical /Mechanical Candidate with 3-4 years of Experience in Manufacturing/Manufacturing Planning Function.

　　Proficient in MS Office Application

　　Must have hands on experience in SAP.

　　Strong Analytical and logical Thinking and project management Skills

　　Excellent verbal and written Communication skills and interpersonal Skills

　　Ability to work effectively with team inhouse teams from various functions and overseas network clients
