  Your day to day

  The Quality & Continuous Improvement (QCI) Manager oversees all aspects related to Brand Standards compliance while establishing and reviewing quality strategies to ensure they are aligned with hotel goals and relevant to current operational needs and issues. Responsible for the preparation, facilitation and inspection of evaluations and audits carried out by IHG and leading the resort’s quality and continuous improvement philosophy. This is to ensure that the Resort delivers the highest levels of experience and satisfaction, safety and lives up to the Regent standards.

  Directs and leads the Quality and Continuous Improvement process and culture within the Resort.

  Creates, cultivates and leads the Quality standards, guest experience and employee engagement strategies of the Resort.

  Leads and instils a culture of quality standards compliance, highest delivery of Guest experience and effective training within the Resort.

  Executes the IHG Guest Love process and drive the culture throughout the entire Resort.

  Leads in the collation of data from multiple sources such as Guest Love, social reviews, guest comment cards, direct feedback, and other sources of information.

  Analyses this data and disseminate and work with relevant HODs to propose action plans to mitigate identified issues and proposes improvements for them.
