Job Description

　　An employer is looking for a QC Manager to join their team near Des Moines, Iowa to support their construction/remodeling efforts on multiple construction projects of ranger stations on the lake. This candidate would be responsible for:

　　Ensuring the quality of the work being done meets the clients specifications and construction drawings.

　　They will be interpreting the clients' specifications to ensure the work is in adherence client.

　　Assist with submittals, change orders, estimates, etc.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　At least 5 years of commercial construction oversight experience (PM, Asst. PM, Superintendent, QA/QC Manager)

　　At least a HS Diploma

　　Materials and concrete testing administration - Available to start ASAP

　　Experienced with higher end finishes null
