Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure accuracy when reviewing,ordering, and receiving products. Respond to all customer productquestions in a professional and timely manner. Manage purchasingworkflows Create and approve product quotes/orders with manufacturersComplete calls to customers to confirm Agreement specs. GenerateMaterial and Labor PO?s/PC?s. Monitor and audit delivery of productsordered. Issue products to Subcontractors and collect paperwork. Workwith customer to schedule installation Consult with sales, service, andmarketing departments for product descriptions or details. Other relatedduties as assigned. Qualifications: Purchasing experience - homeimprovement products a plus Excellent communication skills Ability tohandle upset customers and show empathy to their situations Strongorganizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsEducation/Experience: High school diploma 4 years of customer serviceexperience preferred Home improvement purchasing experience preferred
