Position Summary
Responsible for Cybersecurity Enterprise Software portfolio for Malaysia and manage all aspects of named and partner accounts. You will be responsible for managing and leveraging relationships directly (at a senior level) with customers and partners to promote increased visibility, sponsorship and sell through of BlackBerry software and solutions. You will also be required to coordinate with other BlackBerry internal departments to manage client service, sales and general support issues effectively and efficiently for all Malaysian customers and partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
Achieve (or exceed) monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Meet other assigned business objectives for the Malaysia market.
Responsible for Malaysia Enterprise Software forecast and reporting.
Responsible for recruitment and management of the Malaysia Enterprise Software team and driving a high-performance culture.
Build and maintain senior management/C level relationships with key customers to gain an understanding of their businesses and key priorities. Conduct ‘deep dive’ strategic account reviews for target accounts, ensuring customers understand the full BlackBerry value proposition.
Build and maintain senior management/C level relationships with strategic partners. Actively support Value Added Resellers (VAR’s) through all stages of the sales cycle including sales planning, delivery of sales programs/incentives to promote awareness and stimulate demand for BlackBerry.
Coordinate the management of the relationship with global client by working with your counterparts in the other regions of the business.
Other duties may be assigned or required.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, with 7+ years of successful sales experience (managing large corporate accounts).
Strong experience working in Multi National software company environment.
Enterprise Solution Sales(B2B) experience of Cyber security in Malaysia is highly desired.
Proven sales achievement against quota. Demonstrated enterprise sales and key account management experience with a track record of consistent sales quota over-achievement.
Proven successful track record for building and managing strategic partner relationships.
Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and oral), plus effectiveness in influencing and building and nurturing trusting relationships.
Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously. Agility, high integrity, respect for and compliance with company’s processes and policies.
Demonstrated effectiveness in problem solving and working under pressure.
Fluent in both Malay and English (written and oral).
Strong networking skill
