Description:
Manage tactical strategy of engineering team
Interpret scheduling and decompose high level tasks into lower level tasks
Interface closely with engineering and design team
Support management of PDR and CDR
Establish weekly project meeting cadence
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to meet project goals
Monitor project progress and course correct when necessary.
Understand the technical aspects of projects
Work across cross functional teams (engineering, program management, production)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
5+ years of experience as technical project manager
PMP certification
Experience with Microsoft Project
Experience with CAD software (Solidworks)
