　　FC Diez Media is a commercial vehicle created to drive commercial growth and deliver innovative development strategies for CONMEBOL and its club competitions. FC Diez is 100% owned by IMG.

　　FC Diez Media holds responsibility for all global media rights sales and commercial consultancy across CONMEBOL Libertadores, Sudamericana and Recopa competitions, ranging from game presentation and competition formats to brand development and digital promotion. We were established at the start of 2018 and our goal is to elevate the CONMEBOL club competition products to world class standards and transform the digital experience for a global South American football audience.

　　Who You Are

　　FC Diez Media is looking for an energetic, competent, and experienced manager to assume the role of Project and Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution and completion of multiple complex digital and content marketing projects across the company.

　　Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless project plans, effective execution, and adherence to defined scopes, goals, and deliverables. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to process efficiency, you will design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and project management (PM) tools to streamline project management and enhance overall performance.

　　Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

　　Manage multiple complex digital and content marketing projects on a global scale, working with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring effective project plans, execution, monitoring, and closure run smoothly and meet expectations.Design and implement detailed SOPs and PM tools for project plans, scope, goals, and deliverables, working with internal and external partners.Serve as the process owner, ensuring resource availability, allocation, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Coordinate internal resources, third parties, and vendors for streamlined execution and tracking of projects.Drive process efficiency, standard compliance, analyzing gaps, and proposing relevant solutions.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.• Oversee operational aspects including payment flows, contract management, logistics, and event operations.

　　You Will Have The Following Strengths

　　Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

　　Proven working experience as project manager within a digital marketing, creative production, or related environment.Proven ability to create and implement effective SOPs, tools, and workflows.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional team relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.Solid organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong working knowledge of project management tools.Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (a must).Availability to travel from time-to-time.

　　Understanding of creative production, commercial and sponsorship dynamics in digital content delivery (a plus).Fluency in English (a plus).Certification in Project Management (a plus).
