Administering reconciliation, month-end closing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable will be the Bookkeepers obligations. Furthermore, the Bookkeeper will manage a general ledger reconciliation or light journal entries, full cycle A/P coding, cash applications, and perform data entry. Apply today!

　　How you will make an impact

　　Other special projects as requested

　　Well-versed in credit card management and reconciliation

　　Keep sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

　　Supervise monthly accounting close

　　Knowledgeable with Accounts Receivable

　　Ready monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Draw up subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　File cash flow projections, as needed

　　Check monthly accounting close

　　Sustain Accounts Payable

　　General ledger

　　The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000.

　　Requirements

　　Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

　　Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines

　　Critical thinking skills and the ability to retain complex work directions

　　Bank Account Reconciliation experience highly desired

　　Solid understanding of general ledger

　　Adeptness in Vendor Management

　　Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Strong familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Debits experience preferred

　　Demonstrated knowledge of payroll

　　Excellent attention to detail

　　Strong communication and social skills

　　Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills

　　Self-starter and strong ethical standards

　　Progressive accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferredAbility to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment
