TEKsystems is currently hiring for a Junior Project Manager for an onsite role with a large Columbus client.

Description

Responsible for planning and leading small to medium scaled projects under the guidance of a Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager or Team Manager. The Project Analyst coordinates teams of individuals (usually under 10 project resources) and delivers healthcare technology solutions that meet the needs of customers at our clients location.

Position Summary

As a member of the IT Portfolio Management Office, the Project Analyst serves as a leader of healthcare IT initiatives of small to medium complexity, and may be assigned to support components of larger high complexity initiatives. These requirements are carried out by applying industry standards based on the project lifecycle of Initiation, Planning, Execution, Transition and Close. The Project Analyst performs the essential functions required to ensure consistent, quality and successful delivery, while working within competing demands of scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder expectations. The Project Analyst will have a solid project management core skill set as well as the ability to interact with all levels of staff and executives (sometimes under guidance), and possibly even patients. The Project Analyst will have the ability to multi-task and balance numerous priorities, project details, and special assignments, while demonstrating qualities of trust, teamwork and transparency, while ensuring that all work is managed to maximize customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Project Analyst maintains a focus on personal and professional development to be able to build mastery in project management and process maturity.

Additional Skills Qualifications

Ideally, they would have great organizational and planning skills, no formal training is required. This role will primarily be focusing on facility moves, minor construction, and/or coordination with vendors to do work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
