　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Class 5 Drivers License

　　Working towards an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering field

　　Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, SharePoint, MS Outlook

　　Day in the life

　　You will start your day by reviewing previous days reports from all locations including crushing and asphalt manufacturing operations. Analyze and generate required reports for production tracking, fuel efficiencies and identify any outliers/issues. Site visits to one or multiple locations to either perform inspections, trouble shoot issues or work with the plants and crew to increase familiarity. Deal with any issues that may arise throughout the day (there will be lots).Assisting Manufacturing Manager with new asphalt plant design and pricing when time allows.

　　You will work with maintenance superintendent and QC superintendent throughout the day to ensure plants continue operating and making top quality product. Communicate with other manufacturing people across the company to expand knowledge, study our plant manuals and systems to increase familiarity. Deal with suppliers to get best pricing when applicable. Update budgets and track costs to provide information for month end reporting requirements.
