Typically works with the support of a mentor and refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance.Functions and ResponsibilitiesActs as primary customer contact.Establishes customer rapport to facilitate company objectives and customer satisfaction.Leads proposal development and negotiation for new business within established guidelines.Coordinates gathering and technical analysis of customer requirements.Provides general coordination, timelines, and objectives for Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, QA, and Support organizations.Participates in or develops mechanisms for establishing, monitoring and integrating project elements, product configuration and communications concerning change management processes and decisions.Negotiates project changes and incorporates changes into project control systems to maintain work statements, cost and schedule baselines.Transitions projects to production and to the Marketing administrator.Performs project close-out and documents lessons learned.Fully proficient in Marketing Administrator position.Researches and identifies program forecasts, program and/or customer funding.Education, Skills, and ExperienceThis position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through eight or more years related work experience; including two or more years leading multiple projects of varying complexity and scope and direct leadership of teams.Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.Attention to details and accuracy are position critical.Leadership, problem solving, and computer skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite.We offer a comprehensive and competitive total compensation package.
