JOB REQUIREMENTS: Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) invitesapplications for a full-time Program Coordinator to join our Center forProfessional Education team. Under the direction of the ExecutiveDirector for Professional Education, the Program Coordinator has primaryresponsibility for and oversight of the noncredit program registrationsoftware/system to include system maintenance, customization, andongoing management, and serves as the primary contact with the productvendor. The Program Coordinator also works closely with Center staff,faculty, and other campus representatives providing critical routine andadvanced administrative program support. The Program Coordinator worksindependently performing routine and advanced administrative, systems,and program support duties requiring technical skills and in-depthknowledge of noncredit program offerings, institutional resources,organizational policies and procedures, and technology infrastructure.Program offerings through the Center for Professional Education includetopic-specific seminars and workshops, conferences, webinars, onlinecourses, certificate programs, and other learning experiences targetingworking adults. Essential Job Functions Assume full responsibility foradministration and management of the cloud-based registrationsoftware/system to include data entry and reporting, course creation,program registration and payment, program calendar management,credential assignment and transcription, database management, programmarketing support, account management, and other functions specific tothe resource. Serve as a primary contact, information resource, andreferral agent for internal and external customers through Center phone,email, and website communications. Provide administrative and logisticalsupport to new and existing professional education program offerings,internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events. Thesesupports would include, but not be limited to, program scheduling, spacereservations and signage, site support, materials preparation,participant communications, asset management, and problem solving.Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and filesrelated to the program. Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data.Process payment requests, requisitions, invoices, and refunds. Manageinventory of supplies and resources to support Center activity. OtherDuties and Responsibilities Assist with budget preparation and trackingexpenses. Seek out and participate in regular professional developmentactivities.
