　　While they would consider anyone, manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. This is because of their 12-hour shift. repetitive tasks and the floor can get hot.

　　This position is very physically demanding. While there is no lifting, there is a lot of hammering with a plastic mallet and hand assembly that can cause hands and forearms to get sore.
