　　TikTok Core Product team's goal is to provide the best user experiences to create, consume and enjoy content on TikTok. We're looking for Talented Product Managers to expand the boundaries of TikTok by continuously inspiring users to create creative content in diverse formats. You'll be working with global functional teams to build innovative user-facing products.

　　Responsibilities

　　- Identify product opportunities, define product problems and drive product solutions to motivate diverse formats of content creation and consumption

　　- Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational goals

　　- Define clear and precise data metrics to best represent business performance and adjust product strategies and execution dynamically

　　Qualifications

　　- Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years of product management or related industry experience

　　- Experience in building and growing diverse content products

　　- Excellent in communication, documentation and project management, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role

　　- Experience in international and multi-language content products is preferred

　　- Experience taking one or more internet products through the full product cycle is preferred

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $124640 - $261744 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
