  Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

  It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.

  Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.

  As a product manager on our Trust & Safety team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, operations, product policies, and various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies to comply with the latest global data regulation. We are looking for a Product Manager to design, develop and drive project management to delivery.

  - Drive product strategy and build features and tools to support response to legal, law enforcement, regulation, compliance, and privacy-related inquiries and requests.

  - Define product roadmap, set metrics that inform the success of safety efforts, and work with the engineering team to implement product solutions.

  - Develop a robust workflow for cross-team collaboration, and manage large-scale product improvement projects to improve community safety.

  - Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.

  - Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.

  Qualifications

  - 5 or more years of experience in product management related to content detection models, consumer-facing platforms or internal tooling.

  - Experience and expertise in trust & safety, compliance, legal/law enforcement/privacy/regulatory, and compliance reporting features.

  - Ability to design product solutions based on evidence; proven track record of pushing ambitious products.

  - Robust project management and communication skills; ability to influence and unite cross-functional teams

  - Experience of working with cross-functional partners across different time zones, cultures, and languages

  - Knowledgeable in global content moderation data regulations such as digital service act, etc.

  - Data-sensitive, capable of in-depth data interpretation.

  - Familiar with VSP (video sharing platform) regulations and able to collaborate with not only Eng, UX, Data, Algorithm teams but also PR, GR, Legal, and Policy teams.

  Job Information

  [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

  The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $124640 - $287280 annually.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

  We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. As well as Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance plans. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

  Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.

  We also provide generous benefits like mental and emotional health benefits through our EAP and Lyra. A 401K company match, gym and cellphone service reimbursements. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
