　　EcoVadis is the world leader in Sustainability Ratings. EcoVadis Product and Solutions team, led by our Chief Solutions Officer, is responsible for overseeing the product strategy and prioritization, solution roadmap, and cross-company coordination to drive commercial success of named products and add-ons.

　　To further support our global network of customers we are strengthening our team through the recruitment of an experienced Product Manager. In this role, you will participate in the evolution and creation of products and features within our EcoVadis Product Suite from conception to launch.

　　In this role you will: 

　　Own an area of the product and be responsible for driving product evolution and innovationParticipate in overall product strategy, including researching and developing requirements for existing productsElicit business requirements for current and future product functionalities by participating in user research supported by direct contact with usersWork closely with Product Owners, Engineering Team and other EcoVadis departments to ensure that deliverables meet business needs and quality standardsParticipate in defining and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data that drives the success of our productsBring insights from our product’s data and analytics to inform decision-making Qualifications 5+ years Product Management experience at a software companyYou are familiar with Agile methodologies and have an understanding of modern web/SaaS technologies and systemsYou communicate effectively and can act as the liaison between various stakeholders in the business including design and technical teamsYou show curiosity and possesses an appreciation for thinking outside the boxYou have experience and passion for designing an engaging user experienceFluency in the English language - other languages are a plusRelevant university degreeExperience and/or knowledge of sustainability, supply chains and procurement is beneficial Additional Information Location: Warsaw
