General Information:

　　Under general direction, provide sales and technical support for customers, and salespeople which includes, application engineering, product training and technical assistance. Assists sales with growing relationships with various customers including, engineers, and 3rd party account managers. Promotes solutions that optimize sales, increase market share and maximize profit margins.

　　Your Responsibilities:

　　Provide sells support though technical assistance to customers, salespersons.Utilize systems databases to provide pricing and estimationAssists account manager with applications training and ensures support resources are in place to develop salespersons capable of selling the full scope of product offerings available.Works closely with Sales Team to deliver exemplary customer satisfaction requirements.Responds to calls from customers, engineers, and accounts mangersOther duties may be assigned.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

　　Your Background:

　　Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.A minimum of 10 years of experience in the power industry Possess good computer skills and working knowledge of Excel spreadsheet analysis. Travel 10% Power quality sales experience preferred.
