The Procurement Partner Specialist III - GCL Labs supports and enables the Division in meeting their operations, innovation and financial targets by managing the required supplier capabilities and performance for assigned projects and categories. Operates in a managed network of Division business colleagues, suppliers, Category Management members and relevant COE organization.
Scale of Responsibilities
Identifies supplier capability requirements and selects suppliersManages procurement and supply projects that improve supplier spend performanceSupports divisional footprint initiatives outsourcing /insourcing including realization of local/regional supply base solutionsTranslates divisional requirements for (future) supplier capabilities and supplier performance to Category Management Team Supports Supplier supply capability management by conducting capability assessments and collaborate with the Category Management Teams to expand required supply options as well as supply flexibilityCoordinates business projects, provides input to identify appropriate suppliers
Technical Responsibilities
Collects supplier (technical) capability requirements for current and future product portfolio as input for supplier scoutingGathers Division business requirements and assures compliance to regulatory requirementsServes as escalation point of contact for Procurement within the Sites and DivisionContributes to divisional procurement metrics for business reviewsServes as the point of contact and ensure the implementation of Enterprise Processes such asSupplier Quality, Supplier Risk and Supplier ManagementDrives and tracks compliance for indirect materials, as well as link with Global team for policies and proceduresEvaluate and manage supplier contracting scope, requirements and process.
Leadership Responsibilities
Represents Procurement in projects and coordinate supply base related activities with cross-functional division team as well as with Category Managers. Conduct all related sourcing project management activities (including project milestone/ gate pass activities)Partners with Category Managers, Metrology, Engineering and stakeholders to support and project manage annual value improvements and drives competitive advantage
Education and Experience:
Bachelors' degree (Business/Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain focus preferred) Previous procurement/sourcing/supply chain management experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years' experience).Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environment preferredIn some cases an equivalency, consisting of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

The annual salary range estimated for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 USD. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
