PROCUREMENT INTERN

　　At Coty we are looking for ambitious Procurement Intern with a hands-on mentality. As a Procurement Intern you will be working with our Indirect Procurement teams based in our Headquarters office in Paris covering FR, UL & NL. This internship will be per January 8th, 2024

　　Our Paris HQ organization houses Direct Category teams (responsible for Packaging, Raw Materials and External manufacturing) and Indirect Category Cross division We are a diverse team of many nationalities and backgrounds with passion for people development, driving our Coty transformation journey. The teams identify improvements/projects and roll these out to provide added value, service, and necessary funds to reinvestment back to the business to drive top line of our beautiful brands.

　　We have one open Procurement internship position within Coty Paris HQ - • Great opportunity to support and manage an end- to - end project and learn procurement skills

　　Support Specialist - MRO, FM, HR, Professional Services, Real Estate.. Data Collection, Compilation, and Analysis: Conduct mapping of usage and expenditure by markets. Ensure compliance of suppliers and contracts. Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis. Participation in Tender Process Assist in drafting specifications for tender documents. Send consultation files to suppliers. Analyze offers and provide recommendations to stakeholders. Assist in the contractual process. Support and Energize Environmental and Social Engagement: Provide support for environmental and social initiatives. Foster engagement in environmental and social responsibilities.

　　 General Responsibilities

　　Analyse category spend data, summarize key findings, and make recommendations to Category Management Team. Responsible for supporting strategic and operating objectives for the sourcing & procurement function, ensuring maximization of the capabilities to execute sourcing & procurement strategies and solutions, established supply lines to support budget and growth plans Act as the main point of contact for Supplier Setups for Category Management Team. Collaborate with Category Managers on Sourcing and Category Strategies Participate in supplier Quarterly Business Reviews Drive decision making through analysis Participation into relevant internal and external meetings

　　 Requirements

　　Student (Master), it is important you remain enrolled with your university Passion for beauty and our brands, strong affinity with dynamic environment Analytical, knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong personal character and ethics, proactive, agile, and hands-on Passion to solve problems and a drive for result Good administrative & communication skills and likes to work in a team Quick learner and motivated to cultivate technical, business and commercial skills by applying their knowledge within our company's environment Fluent in English

　　 Period

　　This internship is full-time,for a duration of 6 months and starts from January 2024. You will receive an internship allowance. The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
