Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Process Automation Coordinator role focuses on driving the design, build, testing, and deployment of automation solutions with RPA, RDA and other automation tools based on a good understanding of business processes. As a key member of the Controllership Transformation Office, you will support automation projects across PMF Controllership teams by bringing innovation and exploring new technologies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in Control processes. This role reports to Control Transformation Office Manager.
Your Impact
As Process Automation Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:
Oversees the design and implementation of RPA and automation solutions using the selected platforms and help with complex process improvement projects.Gathers feedback, drives RPA and automation adoption and identifies opportunities where process improvement automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business.Translates high-level, complex business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and manages changes to such requirements.Present and demonstrate the solution to external groups and customers as necessary.Analyzes existing business processes to assess feasibility and to redesign those processes for an RPA supported solution.Supports RPA Solutions and the quality of service and performance.Builds relationships and works closely with stakeholders to be positioned to identify future opportunities for process improvement and automation solutions - and to proactively identify sources of service dissatisfaction.Performs other duties as assigned.Develop scalable, secure, robust services and applications that meet the specified requirements.
Qualifications
¿Who Are We Looking For?
Education: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related.Experience: 3+ years' of experience in automation projects using RPA or other related tools. Passion for transformation and technology.Advanced English.Analysis and design of business processes experience.Proven track record of solid, consistent project delivery around RPA (UiPath and Microsoft preferred).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce easily understood documentation. The successful candidate must be able to explain technical detail to non-technical colleagues and to interact at senior levels within the organization.Proficient negotiation skills.Strong Leadership skills.Knowledge of other automation solutions that can integrate with RPA and Chatbot.Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures.Embraces change, with solid project management skills.Strategic ThinkingAn innovative, creative approach to problem solving.Robust communication skills.Negotiation & NetworkingDecision makingInnovationResults orientedCollaborate and influenceBusiness Saviness and Functional excellence.
