　　This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:Provide technical leadership and integration across various CMC products within the Scientific Digital Tech.Champion DevSecOps, Agile, and modern software engineering practices, ensuring the implementation of these methodologies to optimize project delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.Line management and mentorship for approx. 10 engineering staff, guiding their professional growth and skill development.Oversee up to 30 third-party engineering contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and project alignment.Partner with other GSK Tech teams, product owners, GSK business teams, vendors and strategic partners to deliver value continuously, fostering and maintaining close links with customers.Basic Qualifications:Experience in leading tech teams and shaping tech strategy.Excellent communication and influencing skills with effective stakeholder management.In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services and infrastructure.Solid experience with Agile and DevSecOps principles.Competency in full-stack development practices and technologies (such as React, Node.js, Flask, Django, SQL, Java, .NET).Proven ability with API design and integration of COTS applications.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) field.Preferred qualifications:Knowledge of GxP-regulated processes.Experience in building AI-powered solutions.Familiarity with containerization technologies.Benefits:
