  Job Overview

  TE Connectivity's Environmental Health & Safety Teams ensure and monitor safety in the workplace. This includes the application and communication of health, safety and hazardous material standards, procedures and practices consistent with TE, environmental and government regulations.

  your main tasks:

  Establish and manage EHS programs and resources aligned with TE's strategy.

  Develop and maintain an EHS management system, incorporating safety assessment requirements.

  Assess and prioritize EHS risks, implementing action plans for control.

  Lead EHS initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

  Conduct training programs for 100% employee engagement in EHS.

  Form teams for EHS improvements and program management.

  Audit and evaluate EHS management system performance.

  Participate in EHS inspections, audits, and incident investigations.

  Facilitate risk assessments and advise on effective risk control measures.

  Train, coach, and mentor individuals involved in EHS programs.

  Create and report organizational EHS metrics.

  Monitor and report safety and environmental performance.

  Support and guide employees to work safely and comply with regulations.

  Develop the skills of direct reports and others with EHS responsibilities.

  your profile:

  University degree in safety, health, or environmental discipline.

  Minimum 5+ years of EH&S experience.

  Experience in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing role preferred.

  Professional EHS Certification (Safety Officer).

  Strong communication skills in German and English (both must be fluent written and spoken)

  Able to travel up to 25%.
