　　職缺說明

　　都市計畫技師/規劃師 (建築與人居環境部_台北)

　　必須具備都市計畫技師資格

　　具規劃經驗，有熱忱，能配合團隊執行不同尺度的規劃工作，包含繪製分析圖、構想圖以及文本製作，具GIS圖資與分析能力

　　協助專案基地調研，有邏輯的進行區域及基地的分析與專案背景研究

　　經濟規劃師 (建築與人居環境部-台北)

　　該職務主要進行總體規劃內之經濟策劃相關工作，例如財務分析、經濟效益分析、產業分析、市場分析、政策與趨勢分析等。

　　對用地開發與規劃有概念，且能理解空間規劃設計。

　　工作內容包含：

　　財務模型建置與分析；

　　規劃報告撰寫與整合

　　簡報製作與統整

　　其他主管交辦事項
